New Developer Ralph Paßgang (tha@)

Ralph has some contact to FreeWRT, because he is using it at his company. Ralph seems interested in some more developer work. He already submitted a shorewall patch and some changes to the IPv6 client support. He will commit both changes to our development tree. I think the project will profit from his deep technical knowledge. Welcome Ralph!
