New developer

Lothar "ulmen" Gesslein has got developer status. In the past he provided some nice patches to FreeWRT. He agreed to get full developer status and like to help to get FreeWRT a very nice and usable Linux embedded distribution. Some of his next tasks will be the integration of CCACHE support.
