New developer for routerboard support

Phil Sutter recently started to work on Routerboard 532 support. He will add support for Linux 2.4 and Linux 2.6 into the FreeWRT buildroot. He is doing his second practical term at AurISP IT Consulting and de-SOLUTION, which are sponsoring the work for the Routerboard support.
