webif should ask a user to confirm, before a package is removed

Hi,

I think it is bad to just remove a package. If you deinstall busybox your router is dead. Three ideas: * Ask before removing any kind of package * for some base-packages please say an extra warning

  • some base-packages are filtered out now and not shown for uninstall
  • Uninstall has to be confirmed first

I still need a way to decide if a package is installed in rom or rw filesystem, packages in rom should not be available for uninstall.

Maybe someone can review the excluded packages and add more.
